Join Now Get HelpResponsible Gaming at kg99bat is more than following rules — it's a way of playing. We want you to enjoy every session, but never beyond your limits. Gaming is entertainment; it should never be seen as a source of income or a way to solve problems.
Online gaming is growing in popularity worldwide, and Bangladesh is seeing rapid growth as well. kg99bat wants to harness this positively — by building a platform where gaming is safe, enjoyable, and responsible. Our responsible gaming policy is built on three core principles: awareness, control, and support.
Please Note: Responsible gaming isn't about stopping — it's about playing the right way. Enjoy yourself, stay within your limits, and make the most of everything kg99bat has to offer.

The first step toward responsible gaming is knowing yourself. If you notice any of the signs below, it may indicate a problem. kg99bat always encourages players to be honest with themselves about their gaming habits.
Spending more than your set budget each session and feeling regret afterward.
Placing larger bets to try to win back money you have lost — this is known as chasing losses.
Hours pass without noticing while gaming, and it's affecting time with family or work responsibilities.
You feel restless or irritable when not playing, or you use gaming as a way to cope with stress.
Hiding the amount of time or money you spend gaming from family or friends.
You are using money set aside for essentials — such as rent or food — to fund your gaming.
If you recognize two or more of the signs above in yourself, please reach out to us. Use kg99bat's responsible gaming tools to take back control today.
The most effective way to game responsibly at kg99bat is to set your limits in advance. You can adjust or activate these limits at any time from your account settings.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour waiting period.
Set a maximum bet amount for each game round. Smaller bets let you play longer and enjoy the experience more.
Set a loss limit that automatically ends your session once you've reached a certain amount. This is one of the most effective safeguards available.
Set a time limit for each session. Once the time is up, the system will prompt you to take a break.
You will be notified at regular intervals showing how long you have been playing and how much you have spent in total.
If you feel you need an extended break, use the self-exclusion feature on kg99bat. It is completely free and can be activated at any time.
| Break Duration | Type | Reactivation |
|---|---|---|
| 24 Hours | Cooling-Off | Automatic at Period End |
| 1 Week | Short-Term Break | Automatic at Period End |
| 1 Month | Medium-Term Break | Support Request Required |
| 6 Months | Long-Term Self-Exclusion | Support Request Required |
| 1–5 Years | Permanent Self-Exclusion | Contact Support After Period Ends |
| Permanent | Permanent Ban | Cannot Be Reopened |
Do not attempt to open a new account while self-exclusion is active. Our system verifies IP addresses and identity to block any such attempts.
